I generally request a minimum of two weeks' notice for event booking within Alberta, and a minimum of three weeks' notice for events in Saskatchewan. This allows for coordination and adequate preparation. For larger or more complex events, such as concerts or music festivals, I recommend reaching out at least one month in advance.
